Naturopathy

Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a holistic system of healthcare that focuses on prevention, self-healing, and the promotion of overall well-being through natural therapies.

Rather than diagnosing or treating disease, naturopathy seeks to identify and address the underlying causes or patterns of imbalance in the body. The goal is to restore optimal health, improve quality of life, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Our naturopath, Katrina, provides personalised advice and care to support a wide range of health concerns and goals. She works closely with our multidisciplinary team — and can collaborate with your GP or other health professionals — to ensure your care is holistic, coordinated, and tailored to you.

Naturopathic care may help if you:

  • Feel tired or run down

  • Are unsure what to eat or find it difficult to manage your weight

  • Experience digestive or urinary issues, such as constipation or frequent urination

  • Have frequent infections, such as colds, viruses, or thrush

  • Feel stressed, anxious, or depressed

  • Have trouble sleeping

  • Experience allergies or intolerances

  • Have menstrual or fertility issues, or menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes

  • Live with chronic health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, chronic fatigue, pain, headaches, autoimmune, or skin conditions

  • Want to improve your overall health, vitality, and well-being as you age

Therapies may include:
Herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, dietary and lifestyle guidance, flower essences, and complementary practices such as yoga and relaxation techniques.

Fees:
Appointments are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

  • Standard consultations: $45 per appointment

  • Concession card holders: $10 per appointment

  • Prescription products generally range from $5–$30

We respect their ongoing spiritual relationship to Country and that their cultural and heritage beliefs remain as important to living Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People today. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People as the original custodians of this land. We pay respect to the Darug people, and to their elders, past and present.
