👶 Circle of Security Parenting Program 👶
Macarthur Women’s Health Centre | Macarthur Community Program | 19th September 2025

Macarthur Women's Health Centre and Big Yellow Umbrella partner to deliver the free 8-week Circle of Security Parenting Program, aimed at strengthening secure attachments between caregivers and children aged 0-12. Facilitated by Sharon at Macarthur Women's Health Centre, the evidence-based program helped parents understand emotional needs and build secure relationships.

💪 Wellness Warriors Program💪
Macarthur Women’s Health Centre | Macarthur Community Program | 2025-2026

Macarthur Women’s Health Centre partnered with Built2Move Narellan to deliver the Wellness Warriors program, supporting women through 8 weeks of hydrotherapy and 8 weeks of land-based exercise. The program helped participants build physical strength, confidence, and resilience while fostering connection, encouragement, and a strong sense of community among the women involved.

🌿 MWHC Community Garden 🌿
Macarthur Women’s Health Centre | Macarthur Community | 2025-2026

The MWHC Community Garden is a welcoming space where women can connect with nature, relax, and spend time together in a supportive environment. Through shared gardening activities, participants grow and harvest a rich crop of fresh produce while building connections, sharing knowledge, and supporting wellbeing within the Macarthur Women’s Health Centre community.
