
Our case management service provides short-term, tailored assistance and guidance to help you navigate life’s challenges. Once you have completed your intake assessment, your case manager will work with you to create a case plan that identifies your needs and outlines the steps necessary to achieve your desired goals over a specified period. We believe in taking a holistic approach to overcoming the barriers that clients face and in connecting clients both within our service and within the broader community.

Support with emotional well-being through referrals to appropriate counselling and mental health services.

Financial education and empowerment through referrals to appropriate community services.
