Case management

Short-Term Case Management

Macarthur Women’s Health Centre offers short-term, practical support for women experiencing challenges such as domestic or family violence, housing stress, or health-related issues.

Our case management service provides short-term, tailored assistance and guidance to help you navigate life’s challenges. Once you have completed your intake assessment, your case manager will work with you to create a case plan that identifies your needs and outlines the steps necessary to achieve your desired goals over a specified period. We believe in taking a holistic approach to overcoming the barriers that clients face and in connecting clients both within our service and within the broader community.

Some examples of the services we provide include:

  • DV relevant support and referrals.

  • Support with emotional well-being through referrals to appropriate counselling and mental health services.

  • Financial education and empowerment through referrals to appropriate community services.

  • Advocacy and support.

If you are experiencing homelessness, please contact:

Link2Home on 1800 152 152,

or the Domestic Violence Line on 1800 65 64 63.

Please note: we do not have access to brokerage or financial assistance.
